Signature Blonding
Signature Blonding is a bespoke service designed for all things blonde. If you’re looking for a stylist who can create a personalised, detailed plan to achieve your dream blonde, this service is for you.
Signature Blonding is exactly that — your signature blonde. No two blondes are the same. This service uses powder lightener and foils, with foil placement tailored specifically to you. The overall placement may be a partial, half head, ¾ head, or full head, but the technique used within each section is completely customised based on the look you want to achieve.
Whether you’re after a high-impact blonde, a soft balayage effect, added dimension, or a natural, subtle result, your consultation allows me to determine how and where foils are placed to deliver your desired outcome. This is where professional knowledge, technique, and experience come together to create a blonde that truly suits you.
What to Expect During Your Appointment
If you’ve never had foils before, here’s how the process works:
Application Time
Partial: 15–30 minutes
Half Head: 1–1.5 hours
¾ Head: 1 hour 45 minutes
Full Head: 2–2.5 hours
Maximum processing time: up to 1 hour
Once processed, foils are removed and the hair is shampooed twice.
Toning (Essential Step)
A toner is a crucial part of the blonding process and is not optional. Powder lightener opens the hair cuticle and lifts the natural melanin from the hair. As melanin is removed, underlying warm pigments (red, orange, or yellow) are revealed.
Toners are used to neutralise these unwanted tones and achieve a shade as close as possible to your target blonde. In addition to perfecting the colour, toners also help close the cuticle that was opened during the lightening process.
Condition & Finish
After toning, a conditioner or treatment is applied to restore moisture and maintain hair integrity.
You’ll then choose your preferred finish:
Natural dry: air-dried to enhance your natural texture
Blow-dry: round-brush finish (approximately 30 minutes)
Blow-out or heat styling: polished finish using round brush or hot tools (approximately 1 hour)
Maintenance & Aftercare
For optimal results, maintenance is recommended every 4–6 weeks. If you have a more lived-in blonde, such as balayage, maintenance may be extended to 6–12 weeks.
Please note: the longer you leave between appointments, the more powder lightener may be required, which can affect the overall cost of the service.
As your hair has undergone a lightening service, professional-grade shampoo and conditioner are highly recommended to maintain hydration and strength. An at-home treatment, such as K18, is also advised to support hair health between visits.

Toning is a customised service used after a lightening appointment to help achieve your target shade while also restoring balance to the hair. When lightening powder is used, the hair cuticle is opened; toner not only perfects the colour but also helps close the cuticle again, leaving the hair looking more polished and refined.
Toners can also be used as a refresh between colour services. If your blonde has faded due to sun exposure, chlorine, or regular use of heat tools, a toner is an excellent way to revive and rebalance your colour without additional lightening.
What to Expect During Your Appointment
You’ll be taken to the basin room where your hair will be shampooed twice. This removes any product build-up and prepares the hair by gently opening the cuticle, allowing the toner to work effectively.
The toner is then carefully applied, brushed through the hair, and left to process for approximately 20 minutes. During this time, you’ll relax comfortably in our reclining leather chairs with the lights dimmed.
Once processing is complete, the toner is rinsed. At this stage, you may choose either a treatment (optional) or a conditioner to finish the service.
Finish Options
You can then select your preferred finish:
Natural dry: air-dried to enhance your natural texture
Blow-dry: round-brush finish (approximately 30 minutes)
Blow-out or heat styling: polished finish using round brush or hot tools (approximately 1 hour)
Maintenance
Toners are semi- or demi-permanent, meaning they gradually fade with washing. If you wash your hair once to twice per week, your toner can last approximately 4–8 weeks.
Toning services are a great way to maintain and refresh your colour in between larger colour appointments, helping your blonde stay bright, balanced, and beautiful.

Fashion colour services require a significant amount of time and care, as the hair must first be prepared to create the ideal canvas. Before any fashion shades are applied, the hair needs to be lightened using powder lightener.
Creating the cleanest possible canvas ensures the final colour appears vibrant, true to tone, and long-lasting. Any remaining underlying pigment (red, orange, or yellow) can interfere with the final result — for example, unwanted warmth can cause certain shades, such as blue, to appear muddy or green.
Patch Testing (First-Time Clients)
If you have never had a fashion colour service before, a patch test is highly recommended. This involves applying a small amount of powder lightener to the inside of the elbow or behind the ear. The product remains on the skin for 30 minutes, is then rinsed off, and you’ll be asked to monitor the area for 24 hours for any signs of an allergic reaction.
Powder lightener is a strong chemical and must be used with caution. If no reaction occurs, we can safely proceed with your appointment.
Preparing for Your Appointment
For this service, it’s recommended that you arrive at the salon with unwashed hair. The natural oils on your scalp help provide a protective barrier during the lightening process, increasing comfort and scalp health.
Lightening Process
Powder lightener is applied from roots to ends and allowed to process for up to one hour. After rinsing, the integrity of your hair is carefully assessed, along with how your scalp is feeling, before deciding whether a second lightening application is required.
If a second application is necessary, the lightener will be rinsed, the hair dried, and lightener reapplied. Processing time for the second application may range from 15 minutes to one hour, depending on the condition and response of the hair.
If a second application is not needed, the hair will be shampooed twice and rinsed. At this stage, a treatment such as K18 is highly recommended to support the strength and integrity of the hair.
Applying the Fashion Colour
Once the hair is properly prepared, you’ll return to the chair where your hair will be dried and sectioned for the application of your chosen fashion colours. These colours are applied and left to process for approximately 20 minutes.
For best results, the colour is rinsed using cool water. A treatment is recommended at this stage, although a conditioner can also be used.
Maintenance & Aftercare
To maintain the vibrancy of your fashion colour:
Wash your hair as infrequently as possible
Use cool water when washing
Choose hydrating or repairing professional-grade shampoo and conditioner
Incorporate regular treatments
Minimise heat styling and always use heat protection when heat is necessary
Root maintenance is essential for fashion colours and is required every 4–6 weeks. This timing is crucial to prevent banding and to protect the integrity of the hair.
Maintaining a 4–6 week schedule allows the perfect amount of regrowth for safe lightener application without overlapping previously lightened hair, reducing the risk of breakage. It also allows the natural heat from the scalp to assist the lightening process, helping lift melanin more efficiently and ensuring a more even, consistent blonde base for your colour.

Event Styling is a curated service created to elevate your look for any special occasion. From effortless, high-glamour waves inspired by the iconic Victoria’s Secret S-wave, to refined, architectural upstyles, each look is designed with intention, balance, and longevity in mind.
Appointments typically run between 1–2 hours, depending on the complexity and detail of the style. For clients seeking a voluminous, bouncy blow-dry with a polished finish, the hair is washed in-salon to allow for proper preparation and structure. Clean hair provides the foundation needed to build volume, movement, and hold.
If a blow-dry is not required, please arrive with clean, dry hair, allowing the focus to remain on sculpting and styling the final look.
The Styling Process
Inspiration is always encouraged. Reference images — whether of hair, makeup, or even your outfit — help shape a style that complements your overall aesthetic and the tone of your event.
Behind every effortless finish is thoughtful preparation. Techniques such as structured curls or strategic backcombing are often used to create memory, shape, and durability within the hair. While these steps may appear undone at first, they are essential in achieving refined results — from soft, undone textures to sleek, structured upstyles. Trust the process; precision happens before polish.
Aftercare
Following your event, carefully remove all pins. If backcombing is present, begin by gently brushing through the ends and gradually working toward the roots. Shampoo thoroughly to remove styling products, then restore moisture with a nourishing mask or an extended conditioning treatment.

What to Expect During Your Appointment
Your appointment will begin with a thorough consultation to assess your regrowth, discuss your goals, and customise your shade. The colour is then carefully applied to the root area (or throughout, if needed) and left to process for optimal coverage and longevity.
During processing time, you’ll relax comfortably while the colour develops. Once ready, your hair will be gently emulsified and rinsed, followed by a nourishing conditioner or treatment to enhance shine and maintain hair health.
Finish Options
You can then choose your preferred finish:

Sap Moss Weightless Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner
Beautiful, lightweight hydration for my fine haired clients. This duo works especially well for those who have had highlights and need that hydration, but find other shampoos and conditioners to be too heavy.
Light Elements
Defining Whip
I can’t rave enough about this whipped wax! It’s gorgeous, soft, airy, and great for all hair textures. You can build it up to create more defined pieces of hair within a look, or softly manipulate it throughout the whole head to create just the right amount of texture. It’s easy to work with, while leaving the hair’s ability to move.
Confixor Liquid Gel
This product walks off the shelf. I personally love to mix it with Aveda’s Be Curly Curl Enhancer Creme - the hydrating gel helps define curls while the curl creme keeps the curls soft and bouncy.
Male clients love it as it’s got that old school gel vibe while maintaining hydration, so it doesn’t give you that dry stiff look.
